Le Chic Cheveu means “stylish hair” in French, and that is both our mission and our purpose. Our family friendly salon specializes in haircuts, hair color, texture services and facial waxing. We also carry a wide line of hair care products and fashion accessories.
We are located close to the Olivet Nazarene University campus in Bourbonnais, IL. No matter who you are, we provide you with the hair services you need to look your best.

Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome. Walk-ins are taken on a first come first serve basis Monday through Thursday.

Hair Styling
Hair styling for any special occasion, including: straightening, body wave and permanents.
Hair Coloring
We offer custom coloring, highlights, lowlights and balayage.
Painless Depilation
Beauty sometimes requires pain, but depilation, or hair removal, with us can be pain-free. Facial wax services are available.
Custom Hairpieces
We offer fitted hairpieces for men and women. Our quality human hair and synthetic wigs are natural looking and durable, but priced to fit any budget.

Our Prices
- All over color, root to ends – $85
Professional coloring from the roots to the ends. - Color touch-up, outgrowth only – $65
Touch up the hair outgrowth with custom color correction.
- WAXING – $12-$33
Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for several weeks.
- Wash and cut for women – $25-$40
All the latest trends are available for our women’s haircuts. This popular option includes a wash and haircut. - Dry Haircut – $25 (including kids)
